This site and WhatsApp bot demonstrate an outpatient workflow using synthetic records. “Popular Nursing Home” is a demonstration name here; this service is not operated as a hospital, does not provide medical care, and must not be used for real patient information.

What we collect
When an approved tester messages the demo WhatsApp number, the service receives their WhatsApp phone number, message content, and message identifiers through the WhatsApp Business Platform. The demo may store a test name, language preference, synthetic patient ID, appointments, queue events, caregiver permissions, invoices, requests, feedback, and an audit trail of actions. Server logs may record technical errors. The administrative interface also records actions taken in the demo.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to demo messages; simulate registration, scheduling, queue management, caregiving, and billing; prevent duplicate webhook processing; troubleshoot errors; and show the hospital pitch. The live WhatsApp bot accepts messages only from phone numbers placed on a test allowlist. Do not send symptoms, prescriptions, identity documents, payment credentials, or other real patient data.
WhatsApp and hosting
Meta processes messages on the WhatsApp Business Platform under its own terms and policies. This demo application is hosted on a Hostinger VPS. Authorized demo operators can view the synthetic records and audit entries needed to run the demonstration. We do not sell demo data. The payment QR codes are placeholders and do not collect money; the demo does not connect to a hospital information system, laboratory, national health ID service, or payment gateway.
Retention and deletion
Demo records remain in the application database until an operator manually resets or deletes them. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. A reset clears the demo workflow data; copies in backups, infrastructure logs, or Meta’s systems may follow separate retention periods. To ask for access, correction, or deletion of data associated with your test phone number, use the contact details below. We will verify the request before acting.
Security and limits
The public site uses HTTPS. The application checks incoming WhatsApp webhook signatures and restricts its live bot to approved test numbers. Access to the demo admin and doctor interfaces requires separate credentials. These safeguards do not make the demo suitable for storing real medical records. For urgent medical needs, contact local emergency services or an emergency department; this bot is for routine OPD demonstrations only.
